Scholarship Application

All are welcome to apply for fall hockey club fee funding for youth 18 and under. Our goal is to serve anyone who is in need of support. Scholarships will be awarded on a percentage scale of up to 100% based on our available resources and the candidates specific need. All approved funds will be distributed upon receiving the team's invoice and will be paid directly to the hockey club.
